HOW TO RETURN
Call, WhatsApp or email us with your order ID and reason for return.
Pack the product in its original packaging with all accessories.
Our courier will pick up the package from your doorstep within 48 hours.
Refund processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the product.
1. Return Eligibility
You can return a product if:
- The product is returned within 30 days of delivery date
- The product is in its original, unused condition
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories are included
- The product is not damaged due to misuse or improper installation
Non-returnable items:
- Products that have been installed or used
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling
- Products without original packaging
- Customized or personalized products

3. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please:
- Take clear photos/videos of the product and packaging immediately upon delivery
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share the photos via WhatsApp or email
We will arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately — no questions asked. You will not need to return the damaged product in most cases.
4. Exchange Policy
Want a different size, color, or model? We offer easy exchanges:
- Exchanges are allowed within 30 days of delivery
- The replacement product will be shipped once we receive the original
- If the replacement product has a higher price, you will need to pay the difference
- If the replacement product has a lower price, the difference will be refunded
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing for a full refund
- After 2 hours, if the order is in processing, cancellation may not be possible
- Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled — you can initiate a return after delivery
- For prepaid orders, refund will be processed to the original payment method
