1. Delivery Timeframe

Express delivery (select cities): 1–2 business days.
Remote areas may take up to 7–10 business days.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipment
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
In case of lost shipments, we will investigate and resolve within 7 business days.
